Call to Arms

It's time to go to work to take back our community and country. I am calling on all people willing to volunteer to help with this effort to notify me of your intent to help. We are recruiting an army of volunteers who will do the work needed to recruit the even larger army of voters we need to cast their votes on election day. If you are willing to help, no matter the capacity, please do the following two things immediately:

1. Send me an e-mail to bastropgop@austin.rr.com. Put "Volunteer" in the subject line. Give me your name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, as well as the names of anyone else in your household willing to help. If you are offering children to help, let me know their ages, too. From those who respond, I will build the list of those to whom I can assign tasks. Don't assume that I know you want to help. Please respond if that is your intent.

2. Forward this e-mail to all of your friends in Bastrop County and encourage them to take these same two steps, too. Taking back our country is not a spectator sport, we will need all hands to get the job done.


Our community, party and country need help. Public sentiment is on our side, but no one will take this country back for you. Take ownership, get involved, and take it back. I look forward to seeing you in the trenches!
