Be sure and look at Proposition 1 = This is a tricky one***** Please tread carefully....remember the mobility amendment we voted for and ended up with the Trans Texas Corridor , Toll roads + as an added side the National Animal Identification (which I believe was no accident)

Amendment reads: “The constitutional amendment providing for the use and dedication of certain money transferred to the state highway fund to assist in the completion of transportation construction, maintenance, and rehabilitation projects, not to include toll roads.” That is all you are going to get on your ballot.
